Deploy Development Group and Strathmore Real Estate Group are co-developing 18 acres at the northwest corner of US 301
(Chamberlayne Rd) and New Ashcake Road in central Hanover County just outside of the city limits of Mechanicsville, VA. The retail
development will feature a 62,000 SF Regional Shopping Center and will include a grocery anchor, 10,200 SF of retail space and 4
additional out parcels. This development project is currently referred to as the Ashcake Commerce Center (ACC). ACC will have
excellent visibility with over ¼ mile of frontage on US 301 and over 600 feet of frontage on New Ashcake Road.
ACC is surrounded by well established communities of Ashcake, Kings Charter and Knollwood as well as several upcoming new
residential developments in the Mechanicsville Market. ACC is also situated in-between 2,891 students who attend Pearson’s Corner
Elementary School, Oak Knoll Middle School and Hanover High School, in the highly desirable Hanover County School System. This Trade
Area reflects a median household income of over $109,417 among its population and is located northeast of Richmond in an
unincorporated area of Hanover County which is known for attracting growing families and homeowners who work and or desire easy
access to Richmond (due to its close proximity) yet reside to a quieter place they call home. These families look to this Mechanicsville
