The previous day, he lectured on endodontic sur- gery at the school. Dr. Shepard S, Goldstein is presi- dent of the Boston group. Other new officers are Drs. Jay Marlin, vice- president, and Joseph Williams, sec- retary-treasurer. The importance of prior diagnosis before endodontic treatment was the topic of a lecture by Dr. Irving J. Naidorf, professor and chairman of endodontics, Columbia University, at a meeting of the Edward C. Penick Study Club held at the Bethesda Navy Officers Club. The final meeting of this academic year was held May 15, with Capt. Craig Bell and Sen. D. Patrick Moy- nihan as guest speakers.
