    http://www.ushmm.org/wlc/en/article.php?ModuleId=10007653

This website is related to the Introduction to the Holocaust link above. Although, this link

varies because this page contains a timeline of important dates of the holocaust. It is quite

extensive yet it gives an idea of how long the holocaust and World War II lasted. It is suggested

that the holocaust first started in 1933 when Adolf Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Europe,

and then ended in 1945 when Germany surrendered.

This PBS site explains the effect of the Holocaust on the US and how America responded to the

President Roosevelts reaction: Roosevelts New Deal creates agencies that hire by merit

system, resulting in more opportunities for Jews. And events like the March 7th

    German

    surrender to the United States.

In the website, Biography.com, I found a rather large article containing the biography of Adolf

Hitler. While this covers the entire Holocaust and only a small part of my specific section, It was

very educational and helped me further my under standing of the holocaust and World War II.

The website also talked about Hitlers childhood, rise to power, and his death and legacy.

    "The Holocaust."History.com. A&E Television Networks, n.d. Web. 14 Nov. 2013.

    http://www.history.com/topics/the-holocaust

This prestigious website includes a number of helpful pages that are devoted to the Holocaust.

This article has been one of the more informative of the websites that I have viewed.

History.com does an in depth overview of the Holocaust and World War II. I learned most of my

information from this website about the Holocaust.

"The Holocaust for Kids." The Holocaust for Kids. N.p., n.d. Web. 14 Nov. 2013.

    http://www.pocanticohills.org/amprogress/holocaust.htm

This website helped me learn more about the Holocaust and helped me develop a through

understanding of the holocaust. The website was a collection of important dates form history,

each with their own short description. The collection I focused on was the Holocaust and its

childish description was not the most accurate.

"World War II."History: The Holocaust for Kids. N.p., Nov. 2013. Web. 14 Nov. 2013.

    http://www.ducksters.com/history/world_war_ii/holocaust.php

This kids website gave another point of view, for kids, so I that I could further my

understanding of the Holocaust. This one was a bit more informative and I could gather much

more information than the first. This one was well explained and thought out, I was able to learn

what ghettos were and what concentration camps did and how they served the holocaust.

Domi99. "Rights and Responsibi li ties(Holocaust Intro)."Rights and Responsibilities

This is a small slideshow that has been publicly shared online. It talks about definitions of

Rights, responsibilities and their origins as well as how they apply to history. It was definitely
