We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support to date and advise that we are launching the new Clann

na nGael weekly Club Lotto. This will replace the Scorcher 300/Who wants to be a Thousandaire draws. The new weekly Club Lotto

will consist of a 4 ball Jackpot or a Match 3 Prize or a Lucky Dip consolation draw.

The funds raised will be used to redevelop dressing rooms and existing training facilities in an effort to continue to provide a

modern & safe facility for the youth of the parish. This ambitious project will require your continued encouragement and support.

We are also planning a number of other fundraising events throughout 2015 relating to this project.

We recognise that these are difficult economic times and understand the financial pressure that many people are experiencing. We

hope you can contribute whatever way you can, no contribution will be deemed too small and will be greatly appreciated. In

addition to our weekly ticket sales, two annual subscription options to our new weekly Club Lotto are also available. This will entitle

you to enter a ticket or book of tickets (3) into our weekly draw for 52 draws in total. Please find attached the relevant application

form.

1) Lotto draws will be held on a weekly basis on a day, time and place nominated by

“Clann na nGael GAA Club”.

2) Any 4 numbers are selected by the purchaser from 1 - 32.

3) Match 4 numbers correctly from 1 - 32 to win/share the Jackpot.

4) If the Jackpot is not won, Match 3 from the aforementioned 4 numbers from 1 to

32 to win/share the Match 3 prize.

5) A consolation prize(s) will be drawn if the Match 4 Jackpot or Match 3 Prize are

not won.

6) In the event of more than one winner, the Match 4 Jackpot or Match 3 prize will

be shared equally.

7) Winners will be notified and results made public.

8) Clann na nGael GAA Club (Lotto Committee) will pay out only on winning tickets

that have been entered on time in the draw and have not been deemed void.

9) If there is no Jackpot winner in a given week, the Jackpot will be carried forward

to the following week. Each week a Jackpot is carried forward, the Jackpot prize

will be increased.

10) The Lotto Committee reserve the right to regulate the prize money.

11) Purchaser to retain their official receipt safely until the conclusion of the draw.

12) All tickets must be returned by a stipulated time on the day of the draw.

13) The Lotto Committee, the club officers & ticket sellers are not liable and can not

be held responsible for any loss, however arising, for tickets not with the Lotto

Committee by the stipulated time on the day of the draw.

14) Improperly marked tickets, tickets not returned on time for the draw, unpaid

tickets or returned/failed Standing Orders will be deemed “void” by the Lotto

Committee before the draw. All void tickets will be recorded before the draw and

will be signed, witnessed & recorded. All tickets deemed void shall have no claim

on prize monies. All tickets correctly entered for draw will be included on an

“eligible” ticket list and signed, witnessed & recorded.

15) The decision of the Lotto Committee shall be binding on all matters relating to the

Lotto draw and may add or amend the rules herein as they deem necessary for

proper conduct of the draw. The decision of the Lotto Committee is final.

16) By purchasing a ticket or a subscription, the ticket purchaser/subscriber agrees to

abide by these terms & conditions.
