“The Watergate” not only meets andexceeds the rigorous demands of PAS1188-1:2009 but exceeds the morerigorous demands of the proposed PAS1188-1:2014. Once the system isinstalled you can be assured that theentrance to your property will be safefrom flooding then, when the threat isover simply remove the gate and storefor the next time. An infill plastic cill issupplied with the Watergate which slotsinto the bottom channel forming a safeand secure step.
The gate itself is slimline, light andincorporates an integral handle for easeof insertion and removal. The clampingbolts incorporate wings so they can beclamped by hand. The rails arestainless steel for maximum resilienceand can be powder coated upon request.
Over the last few years it has beenhard to avoid the effect ofchanging weather patterns on ourenvironment. Properties wherethe threat of flood and waterdamage did not exist 10 years agoare now in danger of serious longlasting damage.

Keywind Lock The Keywind lock features an escutcheon
2/3rds of the height of the door, when the
door is closed the lock will engage on the
catch. To dead lock the door the Keywind
has 3 wind up dead bolts. Just turn the
Thumb turn for total security.
