Don Machine & Fabrication was originally incorporated in 1979. Initially Don Mashburn manufactured items for his own private use. In 1990 he was approached by various independent oilfield service companies to manufacture products for their tools and equipment. It was at this point that Don realized that he would have to expand to meet their growing needs, he purchased additional equipment and hired personnel. In April of 1994 Don Mashburn Inc., Machine & Fabrication moved to its new 10,000 sq. ft. facilities which now employs over 60 employees.

The total combined manufacturing and fabrication experience of these individuals is in excess of 180 years. These individuals are true professionals. They are a key ingredient in the success of Don Mashburn Inc. Machine & Fabrication. It is their knowledge and experience that has assisted in the tremendous growth of the company.
