New Consultant Orientation, Part Three: Workstation Overview The Workstation is an important part of a Consultant’s business. From the Workstation, you may place orders, review order status, communicate with your downline, and stay up-to-date with Scentsy-related news. This training provides an overview of the Workstation Home page. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Workstation Home page. It will automatically default to your home language and country. If desired, you may select your preferred market and language, then click ‘Save’. The Workstation Home page also allows you to view summary information for your Scentsy business. Select the month you would like to review. This will display a summary of your business data for the month selected. There are five sections for your performance summary: My Information, Shooting Star Tracker, Scentsational Start Tracker, Volumes, and Stats. This information defaults to the current month and updates approximately every seven minutes. An asterisk (*) indicates the commission period is not yet finalised. Commissions are final on the eleventh of each month. My Information- Displays your current title, enrolment date, and Sponsor. You may also click your Sponsor’s name to quickly send an email to them. Shooting Star Tracker- Displays the qualification date range and your Personal Retail Volume (PRV) on the 15 th day. Scentsational Start Tracker- Displays the qualification date range, the amount of PRV accrued by the 70 th day of enrolment, and the number of new recruits acquired by the 70 th day of enrolment. Volumes- Displays your PRV, Team Wholesale Volume (TWV), and Group Wholesale Volume (GWV). Stats- Displays how many Consultants are in your group and team as well as how many of your frontline Consultants are active, how many new recruits you have, and how many First Generation Directors are in your downline. Order summary information may be viewed from the Workstation Home page as well. Three related tabs are displayed in the middle of your screen: Order History, Pending Orders, and Evite Parties.

Order History- Displays order number, name, order type, date submitted, grand total and status for your last 20 orders. Click the ‘View’ link to see additional details for each order. Common order types include Exchange, Home, Courtesy, and Basket. Common status types include Paid, Posted, and Shipped.

Pending orders- Displays customer name, order type, party date, and grand total. You may also edit or delete these orders by clicking the corresponding link for that specific order.

Evite Parties- Displays all parties for which an electronic invitation has been sent. You can view the Host name, date evite was created, party date, number of evites sent, number attending, and number declined.

Order History, Pending Orders, and Evite Parties default to 20 results per page. You can change this number by clicking the down arrow next to ‘20’.

Now that we have explored the features of the Home page, let’s review the other tabs in the Workstation. News- Allows you to stay up-to-date with current news that may affect your Scentsy business. Click any of the articles in the left-hand menu to learn more about that topic. Breaking News is displayed in the center.

Account- Within the Account tab, you can view or change your profile settings as well as view a summary of your product credits and subscriptions/service fees.

Contacts- The Contacts tab allows you to manage your contacts and assign them tags such as lead, guest, prospective Host, or prospective Consultant. You can also search for a specific contact, run reports, and email contacts directly from this page.

Orders- From the Orders tab, you can place product and supply orders. Detailed order screens are located in New Consultant Orientation, Part One: Successful Beginnings. You can also run a detailed search in the Order History to locate a customer order or particular item ordered in a specific date range.

SCENTSY TRAINING CENTRE

Events- The Events tab lists upcoming Scentsy events and the events for which you have registered. More information will be announced when events are planned and displayed on this page.

Performance- The Performance tab provides an overview of your performance as well as saved reports and an option to create your own customised report. The data for these reports is updated approximately every seven minutes. You can run detailed reports on the performance of your downline as well. You can also view past commission periods by selecting a month from the ‘Period’ drop-down box.

Resources- The Resources tab provides tools and information that help support your business. These items include product images, training, catalogues, policies and procedures, international region information, New Consultant Start-Up Guide, party tools, business cards, and labels. There is also a robust search feature.

Communications- You can send messages to your downline or customers through the Communications tab. Attaching documents is easy; attach a document from your computer or from the Resources Library. You can also view a copy of your sent messages and create distribution lists to send messages to specific groups.

Support- The Support tab allows you to create and track a ticket for questions you may have. Create a Support Ticket if you have questions related to replacements, compliance, compensation, events, or training. Summary information for your most recent support tickets are shown on this page. Click the ticket number to view detailed information about your ticket.
