ESTATE INVESTMENT MARKET?
According to Jones Lang Lasalle report in Q1 2016, the value of global
cross-border real estate transactions will surpass $1 trillion by 2020, an
increase from $700 billion 2015.
The amount of private equity capital targeting direct real estate is

RULES FOR INVESTOR MEMBERS
An Investor Member must specify its membership is for corporate or individual. For corporate membership, the
membership goes with it even though the individual changes company or the company can assign other individual to
view deals.
All applications to be an Investor Member will be subject to strict investment capacity qualification to avoid a non-
investor becoming an Investor Member.
To be efficient, the Investor Member should make sure that the one who receive the Deal Abstracts should be able to
decide on whether the deals are of interest to them.
Once an Investor Member showed interest to a Deal Abstract, New Deal Exchange will disclose the identity of the
Investor Member to the Project Provider who provided this Deal Abstract.
Disclosing the identity of the Investor member to the Project Provider including but not limited to corporate name,
individual’s or corporate’s real estate and project portfolio, nationality and country.
Investor Member can also submit their deal or project as a Project Provider subject to the same rules for the Project
Provider.
If an Investor Member wants to look for investment or financing opportunities of certain type from certain regions or
countries, the Investor Member has the special right to submit their deal request specifications to New Deal Exchange
for sending out on a no-name basis to ALL Project Providers who may have deals that meet such requirements. No
fee will be charged.

RULES FOR PROJECT PROVIDER
Project Provider should assure to New Deal Exchange that itself is the deal owner or that it is directly
representing the deal owner and that the deal information is obtained directly by the Project Provider
from the deal owner.
Project Provider has the right to accept or decline Investor Member who has shown interest, after New
Deal Exchange disclose the name or identity of the interested Investor Member. If the Project Provider
accepts, it can indicate to New Deal Exchange to release what sort of deal information to the interested
Investor Member. Under such circumstances, the name and identity of the deal and the Project Provider
will be disclosed to the interested Investor Member.
Once an Investor Member informs New Deal Exchange that it would like to take it further after reviewing
the teaser and/or presentation materials of the deal, New Deal Exchange will inform the Project Provider.
At this stage, contacts details will be provided to both Investor Member and Project Provider, or a
conference call will be arranged.
Project Provider can change the deal or project information after its submission.
All deal information provided will be kept confidential by New Deal Exchange and will be used only for
this purpose of matching with preferred Investor Members or groups of Investor Members.
