T H E F I N E P R I N TDEPOSIT & PAYMENT Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center requires a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $2700.00, half of which is due at contract signing. This deposit will be used to reserve your reception date. We also require a $500 non-refundable food service deposit six (6) months in advance, as well as the remainder of the package price. Estimated final payment is due ten (10) days prior to your event. A valid credit card number is required for any remaining balance upon conclusion of your event.

GUARANTEE A guarantee of the number of persons attending your event is required at least ten (10) days prior to your function date. All food charges must be paid ten (10) days in advance. We have a 21% service fee and applicable sales tax. This number is not subject to reduction. If no guarantee is received, the contracted number of guests will be considered the guarantee. All food charges must be paid ten (10) days in advance. Any remaining charges will be charged to the credit card given.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE All food and beverage consumed must be purchased through the Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center, with the exception of specialty cakes, mints, and nuts. The purchase of either dinner or hors d’oeuvres is required to hold a reception at Stoney Creek. No food or beverage may be removed from the premises once it has been prepared and served. These policies are dictated by food safety and licensing liabilities.

Stoney Creek will not dispense alcoholic beverages to anyone under the legal drinking age or to any parties considered to be under the influence of alcohol. It is therefore Stoney Creek’s policy that no outside beverages may be brought into the property.

A bartender fee of $150.00 per bartender will be charged. This fee will be waived with beverage sales that exceed $300 per bartender. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any person who may be intoxicated, even if that person is a guest of the hotel.

Food and beverage prices are subject to change and 21% service fee and applicable sales tax.

CONFERENCE CENTER POLICY Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center guarantees access to the room at 8:00 AM the day of event. Advance delivery of materials, equipment, decorations, etc., must be coordinated with the Sales Office. Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center requires that all decorating and decorations be pre-approved, including candles.

Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center does not allow glitter, confetti, feather boas, streamers, bird seed, rice, silly string, bubble machines, and/or fog machines. No Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center décor may be removed from the conference center.

HOTEL ROOMS POLICY Wedding guests will receive the group rate plus tax for overnight accommodations three (3) days before the wedding date, the date of the wedding, and three (3) days after the wedding date. Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center offers you the option to reserve a maximum of fifteen (15) sleeping rooms for your guests at one time. Once 75% of your groups block fills, we would gladly add to your block, room availability permitting. Individuals must request the group name when making the reservations. Any rooms remaining in the block after the release date will be returned to the hotel inventory. The release date is thirty (30) days prior to your wedding date.
