New draft of contents page

This is the magazine which I based these improvements on I liked this layout and it matched my genre of music magazine which was pop.

Here I started my magazine and I decided to add the square that is placed in the background but I decided to add it in my colour scheme of green and pink. I also added my logo in even though they had ‘we love this’ I changed it to ‘juice loves’. I also placed my main picture in the centre so it would be the main focus of attention. I added one of my first photos to structure it to the right hand side. The enlarged quote has also been used as a convention.

There has been a lot of changes here I have finished adding all three pictures to the right hand side of the magazine. I have also added all the page numbers to the bottom of the page and added a bar in order to put photos here as posters. I was also playing around with the editors letter to make it look more elongated and like a column.

Little details like the ‘only for your eyes’ I added this I had taken from the magazine we love pop. I have also added the pictures for the posters at the bottom of the contents page. The page numbers were a convention I found when looking at the existing magazine and noticed that the page numbers didn’t always have to be straight they could be put on a angle and this makes it look edgy. I think that this structure and layout really suits my magazine because it’s very linear but at the same time it contains a lot of information and pictures which was the initial problem I had to make it look organised and like a professional magazine.
