The 67CF Series from Fisher is the next generation instrument air supply regulator.The 67CF Series instrument air supply regulators are truly a“next generation” design.

Regulators in the 67CF Series are engineered for outstandingperformance in a compact, lightweight package.

These regulators typically provide constantly controlled,reduced pressures to pneumatic and electropneumaticcontrollers and other instruments. Suitable for most air or gas applications, the 67CF Series regulators may also bespecified to provide reduced pressures to air chucks, air jets,and spray guns.

Smaller and lighter.With a 50 percent reduction in weight and 33 percentreduction in envelope, the new 67CF Series airset is compact,easy to mount, and is less susceptible to vibration. Whencompared to the competition, the 67CF Series airsetregulators are more accurate, smaller, and lighter. Theseadvantages equal greater reliability and dependability.

Lower operating costs.The cost to power pneumatic instruments in chemicalmanufacturing, hydrocarbon and process industries iscontinuing to increase, and along with it the need to minimizeleakage wherever possible. Thorough laboratory leak testingshows the 67CFR has tight shutoff. This benefit alone cansave plant resources otherwise used to provide the air, naturalgas or inert gas required to power pneumatic or digitalinstruments.

Optimized for performance.The higher setpoint capability (0 to 125 psig) can be used tosupply new high tech pneumatic instruments like FIELDVUE®,as well as rugged high pressure piston operators. In additionto overall accuracy, the 67CF Series regulators assuremaximum pneumatic instrument performance and reliability.

It has a broad operating temperature range (- 40° to 180°F,options to - 60° and 300°F) to match the toughest pneumaticinstrument specification requirements.

Easy mounting.The 67CF Series mounts easily and quickly to control valveactuator, pneumatic or digital instruments, and is equally easyto change out. It is adaptable to various types of mounting,including instrument mounting, back mounting and nipplemounting. Its smaller size and lighter weight mean the 67CFSeries assembly will fit more air supply applicationsthroughout the factory.

Easy maintenance.The valve cartridge assembly installs as one piece, and shouldit ever require maintenance, is as easy to replace as the filteritself. The valve cartridge assembly and filter are easilyreplaced in three minutes.
