GENERAL NOTES

Situation Campions Farm has excellent UK national road network access via the M6 with Junction 14 at Stafford north lying within 7-8 miles of the sale site. From Eccleshall pick up the A519 towards Newport and travel to the village of Woodseaves. Continue towards Sutton and Newport out of Woodseaves and 1 ½ miles after travelling over the canal pick up the 2nd lane into Norbury and follow the brown signs to Norbury Junction (do not take Pinfold Lane which is the 1st Junction). In Norbury village turn left at the T-Junction (again following the brown Norbury Junction signs) and travel out of the village bearing left at the white metal railings. After ¾ mile at the Junction Inn go over the canel bridge with the farm entrance approximately 80 yards on the left (signed Norbury Manor private drive). The sale field lies on the right after ½ a mile.

‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

FOREWORD

Bagshaws and Hinson Parry have been favoured with this excellent machinery sale on behalf of Mr John Braithwaite who has been active in the county of Staffordshire for many decades and farmed in his own right as Knightley Farming Ltd since 2000. Mr Braithwaite has recently relinquished the tenancy of the holding after having farmed around 1000 acres and this genuine retirement sale brings about the dispersal of an excellently well maintained range of machinery together with workshop sundries etc. The stars of the show include the superb Kuhn Plough and 4 metre Combi Drill Unit which were both recently purchased new and are in superb order. The range of John Deere’s include various classics including the 7710 4WD with all the major tractors on the holding having 40 KPH gear boxes and in very good order. The principal John Deere’s include the 7530 4WD and 6930 4WD which are both premium spec with wide tyres and are in very good condition. There is a full range of arable and grassland equipment and in addition various potato related items together with Irrigation Pipework and Rain Guns. Several local vendors have included various items in the sale and purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this excellent retirement dispersal.
