Team Leader (Current).
Responsible for the safe and legal performance of my departments. I utilize a variety of coaching and development techniques to constantly ensure my team are performing at their best; in turn delivering brilliant customer service. Managing a large, diverse group of individuals, I lead change in a positive way by providing performance feedback and reviews. I have the added responsibility of running the store, ensuring smooth overall operations including store lock down and open up routines. Additionally I have taken the responsibility of attending regional ‘Great Place to Work’ meetings in the West of Scotland and Central Scotland region. I have also taken an additional role I am regularly entrusted to handle very large amounts of cash and to work with sensitive colleague data.

CFS Regional Officer.
I was elected by internal party members to the post of West of Scotland Regional Chairman. I worked with party members – primarily younger activists – to establish ways of expanding the party’s reach across Scotland by understanding and helping to implement the recommendations of the Sanderson report.
