• Information is collected and published quarterly• In some instances, we are establishing baseline
data over this next year in order to measure our services to campus, such as response times
• We will be conducting a customer satisfaction survey this month and will include information from it on the dashboard as well. A message from Vice Provost Mary Lidstrom will be sent out soon. Your thoughts are important to us and we hope you will find the time to provide this very valuable feedback.
