My last newsletter message referenced “Passion.” I hope each of us had time to reflect on individual skills that could be beneficial to the Section and to the public. knowledge to the Section and the public by providing suggestions or articles. Don’t feel that you are forgotten. Your hard work has set the foundation, and we love hearing from you. There are great opportunities for the Technical Representative and other technically informed members to elaborate on the Technical Presentations at our meetings to encourage others to come out and attend. The meeting pro-grams not only enable members to keep abreast of technology, they also pro-vide Professional Development Hours for many. Finally, we cannot let our District Director off the hook either. He also could provide periodic articles and keep members abreast of new initiatives from AWS National. Let’s all take a more pro-active role in making the welding industry stronger for everyone.

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving.
