Flaw identification ensures high quality With VersalisFurniture, depending on the type of leather, flaw identification can be automatic, by means of a scanner solution – ideal for corrected leathers – or manual, by means of a digitization solution (with a digital pen) – ideal for natural leathers. Both methods can be used sequentially.

Combined nesting methods increase material savings With the most powerful leather nesting algorithms to optimize material consumption, VersalisFurniture suggests, in seconds, the best possible nesting for each hide. To place the most demanding pieces in terms of quality, skilled operators can interact with automatic nesting using laser projection.

Offline configuration optimizes the production process VersalisFurniture offers an offline configuration to manage hide analysis as a separate stage of production, disconnected from the cutting process. Nesting software can then combine several hides to find the best nesting solution to maximize material savings and productivity.
