What was most useful or successful in this workshop? Format that spoke about leadership or multiple levels. New ideas, presenter – knowledge, humorous, fun > all of these The difference between management and leadership. Strong Speaker, good content Thank you! Great information Compelling presenter. Tangible tools for identifying organizational strengths & weaknesses

goals of where high performance lies. This workshop validated that the mentoring program I work with is high performance and has

room for growth. Defining the Role of a leader vs. manager L >High performance. Was good but a few talkers who kept asking other questions. Excellent approach and information sharing. Dynamic speaker. The depth of knowledge. Strong presentation skills good slides, opportunity to ask questions.

Very clear and concise message. Very Good & Engaging Speaker. Very Wide thought out, presented & clear message of material. Examples of exercises. Leadership vs. Management (Roles) Great resources.

How could this workshop have been improved? More time or z sessions for this topic. It was very well put together. Time for ?’s More than 3 hours at least Since time did not allow w/ content, it would have been helpful to have a take home resource

to apply leadership questions to our current workplace. More time. Narrow scope - time of information, not enough time; could have been more beneficial if

focused on a couple areas of leadership training & allowed time for activities to delve into the material.

The workshop information was valuable; however, there was not a lot of new information for me.

I wish there was more time for the workshop. It could have been longer to make it more interactive. The content needs to be condensed and better digestible. It was great. Handouts could have been given. Not enough time.

Please share any additional comments on this workshop. Great workshop. Speaker engaged audience constantly. I enjoyed Mr. Owens presentation. It aligned with my expectations for this workshop.

Information Application - Needed more time for Application. Great job! I would recommend this workshop to all agencies especially those in management/lead roles. Really appreciated presenter’s perspective and expertise. Good power

point/slides/quotes/exercises. Mr. Owens was a phenomenal speaker and showed great expertise. Great Start! It was very beneficial. Didn’t really need to be tailored to mentoring. Was important for me as the Director of my

agency and pointed out to me things I should be recognizing and focusing on to be successful. I walked away with several new ideas for how to develop as a leader and how to develop my

team. Thank you. Very knowledgeable presenter. Speaker was very knowledgeable of content.
