INTRODUCTION OF DESI CHATKHARA:
Desi refers totally to our own Asian style or style which is purely inherent. Chatkhara refers to the thing which simply forces you to say yam me. Desi chatkhara was established in September, 13 2011 we started this brand from Karachi and now it is available in 4 to 5 cities.

TARGET MRKET:
Basically we are targeting youngsters who always want to have spicy and sour foods whenever they want. So we introduced our products keeping in mind the best taste and health of our youngsters because they are the future of our country.

We make products for youngsters but it is completely for moms who are health conscious and provide their kids the best quality food. And because of which mostly youngsters do not know the real taste of Desi foods. Through our products line moms can relate their youngsters with Desi flavors.

The name 'gol gappa' refers to the crisp sphere (gol) that is placed in the mouth and eaten (gappa) one at a time.
Now would it be nice to surprise your family with fresh and hygienic gol gappas. Gol gappy is that popular crispy imli water filled balls that nobody can resist
Gol gappas are made by deep-frying

. Onions, potatoes, tamarind, salt and chickpeas mixed with a variety of spices are common ingredients for the stuffing. One serving is five gol gappas.
