FEATURES AND BENEFITS• Unsurpassed Accuracy: Concentricity of ≤.0001” (3µm) with tool shrunk in holder.• Coolant Ports: Each holder has 4 coolant ports in the nose to ensure coolant gets right to the tool.• Max Gripping Torque: Tool is gripped 360° along the entire length of bore producing very high gripping torque, preventing chatter.

• Increased Production: Decrease down time - the total time elapsed to remove one cutting tool and insert another is less than 10 seconds.

• Balanced: GS follows the strictest balance standards. Our holders are pre-balanced G2.5 up to 30,000rpm• Extended Holder Life:With double tempered tool steel construction, reduced centrifugal forces, minimized bore contamination, and minimized chatter, a GS Shrink Fit Toolholder should far outlast a standard end mill holder.

• Chip load distributed evenly along cutting edge of tool which results in longer tool life• Short projections are possible because no mechanical clamping devices are used. This results in greaterrigidity and resistance to bending.
