Mässrestauranger is a family-owned companywhich has run the restaurants at trade fairs andother events since early 1970 on behalf ofStockholm International Fairs. Today we run twelvepermanent restaurants and cafés, and we alsooffer a number of temporary restaurants and othercustom arrangements upon request. We offer awide range of food enjoyments at every singleoccasion. We have the inspiration, energy andcapacity to run everything between close meetingsto colourful banquets for several thousand guests.
Mässrestauranger always work for betterenvironmental awareness. Therefore we are veryproud to be among the first Swan-labelledrestaurants in Sweden and first to manage to fulfilthe Swan´s tough environmental requirements inStockholm. Our size means that we must make anextra special effort but also that everyenvironmental improvement makes a realdifference.

Prices● All prices are in SEK and excluding VAT of 25%.● All prices includes buffet tables and staff. Furniture such as high tables, chairs etc has to beordered from Stockholm International Fair ([email protected]).
Deadlines● In order to guarantee full service we need your request no later than 30th April 2010.● Confirmation has to be made before 26th July 2010.
Payment conditions● Advance payment is invoiced at 100% of the order total.● The advance payment has to be paid no later than 15 days before the eventimplementation.● Additional orders will be invoiced with 10 days payment terms.● Statutory interest on late payment will be charged with 2% per month if the invoice is notsettled by the due date.
Terms of cancellation● If the event in whole or part is cancelled after 9th – 15th August, 50% of the order total isinvoiced.● Cancellation in whole or part after 15th August is invoiced in full.
The cancellation shall be made in writing.
Alcohol regulationSatellite- symposium is a part of Mässrestauranger AB that is fully licensed for the trade fairs’restaurants, lobbies and congress premises. That means that all alcoholic beverages such asbeer, wine and liquor have to be ordered through Mässrestauranger. Please observe thatSwedish Law does not permit us to serve alcohol before 11.00 am, nor to serve alcoholicbeverages to persons under 18 years old. When you serve alcohol after the opening hour ofthe fair/event you need to order staff from us. The price for staff is SEK 360.00/hour exclVAT.
