New Training Centre (Scope of Work) STS In response to your site visit on the 13-06-2014, I provide to you an outline of the Scope of Work, as discussed that now requires to be quoted for. If you have any query regarding any Item in the Scope please communicate so we can clarify and the cost estimate can be finalized. Item 1- Front Office (SOC Head of Training) Provide 3 Keystone ports and run CAT 6 cable – to Server room and terminate at MD brake plate. (patch in) Item 2- IT Room (See previous drawing provided) Bench fit room to 3 walls, providing 4 booths per wall. Booths consist of divider panels, power socket and port terminals recessed in booth back panel with shelf unit for each booth. (as per previous discussion and sketch provided) (Please provide a drawing to confirm) Item 3-Conference Room Conferencing equipment base – as per discussion (dimensions taken) Please provide a drawing. Item 4-Projector and Screen mounting (installation) 4 rooms to be installed in. (IT Room, Conference, SHE Training Room, Ops Training Room) Equipment held by Petrofac, please provide quote for installation only of projector and screen Item 5-VGA Cable termination VGA/VGA to HDMI cable convertor cable (15m) Termination port. Install and conceal suitable cable in trunking to termination port which is to be located at convenient height for desktop connection. 6 Rooms Item 6- Window Screening Provide suitable roller blind and magnetic strip. Fit roller blind flush to conceal windows pane and locate magnetic strip so blind can be held tight to window. (avoid handles) provide and attach cord to base of blind. Item 7 – Signage

Provide and fit suitable door signage for internal room doors and 1 poster/banner sign for external front mounting. (Translation to be updated by Petrofac translator)(see document previously provided)(Dimensions taken)

Item 8-AC Units

Provide quote for supply and fit, plus unit hook up to distribution board slot for 1 AC unit, for additional supply to room (to be discussed at a later stage)
