  • Trane Dealer Portal and Registration Guide How to quickly register your company as a Trane dealer:

    1. Enter your Larson Account number and click “Next”.

    2. Review your pre-filled company information, and update if necessary.

  • 3. Complete the “Google Status” and “Associations” sections.

    4. Review your company’s Trane purchase history and next year’s purchase goals. Discuss with your Larson Sales

    Representative and adjust if necessary.

    5. Upload your company logo if the correct one is not shown.

  • 6. Click “NEXT” to view the Trane Dealer Levels & Benefits. You can download a PDF of this document. Committed and

    loyal Trane dealers receive the most benefits.

    7. Click “NEXT” to view the auto-renewing Trane Dealer Sales Agreement. If you previously signed this, it will show the

    name and title of the person who signed it and date it was signed. If not, please check the Terms and Conditions box, type your name and title, and click “NEXT” to save.

  • 8. A “Thank You!” page appears and confirms a PDF of the Dealer Sales Agreement was emailed to the main contact of your company and that the process is complete. Your main contact and the Larson Company simultaneously receive a confirmation email and PDF of the Agreement.
