Please be aware that we inspect and carefully package all products so thatthey will arrive in perfect condition to your destination. Occasionally youmay receive product that has been damaged. These damages may be visiblynoticable on the exterior of the package and/or damages may be concealedwithin the package. Concealed damages are typically caused by shock andvibration.

Should damage occur, the following procedures must be followed:1 If external damages are visible, advise carrier and note damages upon

signing for receipt of goods with carrier immediately.2 Please advise Krohns immediately.3 Please inspect & retain all cartons & packaging materials until your

order is complete!The freight carrier is responsible for damaged merchandise and may want toinspect your packages. Do not destroy or dispose of packaging beforeinspection.
