New Vincent van Gogh Exhibit at Metropolitan

With more than 40 years of experience in the financial industry, Steven Saslow serves as a hedge fund consultant to the Blackstone Group, located in New York City. In addition to his responsibilities with Blackstone, Steven Saslow pursues his passion for art collecting and is a sustaining member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art (MMA) has organized a number of special exhibitions for display throughout the summer of 2015. From May 12 to August 16, the museum will host four floral works completed by Vincent van Gogh shortly before his death.

Introduction

Curators have joined Irises from the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam and Roses from the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, with the two oil-on-canvas paintings already in the MMA collection.
