Jump on the saddle & join the indoor cycling fitness phenomenon. An energetic mix of strength & speed, our indoor cycle class is a hardcore workout brought to life in our cave. The dark ambience of the room sets the scene, our intelligent colour-changing lighting creates theatre, the Bose sound system blasts motivating tunes & our full wall projector screen creates an immersive exercise experience. Our ride is an effective therapy session, helping to beat stress, boost blood flow and feel positive. Technology has an important role with state of the art bikes & performance tracking. WHAT IS IT? A high intensity bodyweight class combined with strength training. High intensity workouts designed to build strength & endurance. The combination of weight training & cardio will tone muscle, burn fat, build strength - possibly the best body-blasting workout there is. No two classes are the same, with a variety of bodyweight moves to burn calories & weights to sculpt muscle. A high energy, stress-relieving session with powerful muscle building moves using equipment such as kettlebells, barbells & weight plates. Not to mention tightening those abs! Using a variety of equipment including bands, balls & sliders, the class is tough so expect a sweaty brow, wobbly legs, high endorphins & quivering core!
