Obtaining his General Contractor’s License in 1988, he has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years and is licensed in both California and Idaho. Oversees day to day operations and is personally involved in every aspect of a project. Participation includes attending design meetings, review of costing and budget analysis, value engineering and interaction with all members of the project team.
Susan VarteresianGeneral Manager
Has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. Oversees day- to-day company operations. Responsibilities include participation in all aspects of pre-construction phase, including attendance at all design meetings and coordination of team as needed. During the construction phase, responsibilities include coordination between the client, architect, and city officials, issuance of all contracts and change orders, scheduling, daily interaction with field superintendent, attendance at weekly jobsite meetings, and coordination of project close-out.

Calvary Chapel Chino ValleyChildren’s Classroom Building $2,200,000
Construction of 12,452 s.f. concrete tilt -up classroom building. Structure was designed for a future expansion to double the size of the building. Project also included a major renovation of the existing site, creating a new plaza area.

Crossroads Campus$24,900,000
Multi-phase construction of church and new school site. The church construction consisted of a new learning institute and site plan showcasing a water feature, in addition to a 77,000 s.f. sanctuary/multi-purpose building equipped with a state-of-the-art audio/visual system and stadium seeating, and a 25,000 s.f. community space with an additional water feature and architectural shade structures. The school’s construction encompassed 6 buildings, including classrooms, chapel and performing arts buildings, as well a sports complex and associated site work.
