Admiral Insurance has taken a 20 year lease on 23,470sq.m of the office space available at the redeveloped Cambrian Centre. This will enable them to accommodate up to 1,200 employees.

As well as office floor-space, the redeveloped Cambrian Centre will include car parking and a new public plaza.

The bus station has been relocated as part of the Friars Walk development. The new spaces will work alongside an additional bus station at Friars Walk.

The bus station redevelopment has created 4 extra bus stands and introduced full real time passenger information. It is an intermodal station linking cycling with bus travel.

Landmark buildings will get a new lease of life - one of the first VVP projects will be to convert this listed building into affordable homes. Working with the Seren Group, 15 apartments will be created in this fine old house.
