AGM 2017 UTASA’s 2017 Annual General Meeting took place on Saturday 19 August at the Summer Place in Boksburg. The 2017 AGM was a voting AGM where the existing Utasa Exco Members stepped down from their current positions. All paid up Utasa members had the opportunity to nominate and vote for the eight positions that was available. A Special thank you to all the Service Providers that attended the AGM, and for the professionalism that was shown throughout the voting procedures, the complaints and con- cerns, and all the general topics that was brought forward for debate at the AGM. It is inspiring to see how so many different Towing Companies- People of all different race and gender, can all come together and stand as one to make the necessary decisions that will improve our industry. Our goal is to make these numbers even bigger in the AGM’s to follow. A shout out goes to Megan Edwards, Nadine Beukes, Joe Kwinda, Clarence Mkhwanazi of Utasa for all their hard work and preparation that made all the procedures and logistics of the AGM run smoothly and effortlessly, it is much appreciated. AGM 2017 UTASA’s 2017 Annual General Meeting took place on Saturday 19 August at the Summer Place in Boksburg.

The 2017 AGM was a voting AGM where the existing Utasa Exco Members stepped down from their current positions.

All paid up Utasa members had the opportunity to nominate and vote for the eight positions that was available.

A Special thank you to all the Service Providers that attended the AGM, and for the professionalism that was shown throughout the voting procedures, the complaints and con-cerns, and all the general topics that was brought forward for debate at the AGM.

It is inspiring to see how so many different Towing Companies- People of all different race and gender, can all come together and stand as one to make the necessary decisions that will improve our industry. Our goal is to make these numbers even bigger in the AGM’s to follow.
