DEAR Friends,

The winter coming, we had snow! We are currently working with the children, meeting in small groups of 6-10 children, to protect against Covid 19.

We had good meal and program for children from Center. After the last letter, God bless us with money for pellets/heating and shoes for all chil-dren!

Also, we have few mothers who come with chil-dren and we must arrange a room for them. When the moms come first time, the meeting was outside, second time they used the hole.

Mihaela like to spend time with the moth-ers! She have a lot experience in this ar-ea.

God has blessed us with two very good teachers, Elvira and Mary Lou, volunteers coming in from Tulcea and wanting to help the children in Dunavatu de Sus and Dunavatu de Jos. But from half of December 2020, Mike and Mary Lou will live for few months in Canada. Mike after car accident and 2 surgery, need to recovery in spe-cial Clinic from Canada. Elvira, more 70 years old, like to come in future, one day per week.

We found another young people to help and work with children from Sunlight Center, Mihaela and Cornelia. But, we need to cover the fuel cost for volunteers transport by car, for next months. The Christmas will come very soon! Because is pandemic situation, we will not receive shoes box from UK. But we have friends in west of Romania who prepare 300 gifts for Dunavatu Children and another children!

community consists of fishermen that lately have to deal with poor fish catch and among the schools of Dunavat

and Murighiol we have noticed many children from underprivileged families that have consistently scored very low

on school tests and are at risk of school drop out.
