PORCELANOSA Grupo has wide and experienced knowledge in management and implementation of venti-lated façade systems. During the last 20 years, PORCELANOSA Grupo has world-wide developed and certified installation systems for façades, which brought us to be leading in this sector.

You can also specify façade projects with the technical and commercial support of butech:

• PORCELANOSA Grupo offers a wide range of facade coverings, from STON-KER, PAR-KER or URBATEK porcelain tiles, extra-slim tiles like XLIGHT, natural stone or AIRSLATE from L’ANTIC COLONIAL and the outstanding KRION acrylic stone. You can also provide your professional and private customers with these materials for their façade projects

• Contact butech’s sales department for information and samples to support the introduction of the ma-terials and technical solutions of PORCELANOSA Grupo for façades, as well as the price list and sale and supply conditions and, if applicable, rainscreen installation

• Once the façade covering has been chosen by your client, ask the architect of the project the technical information necessary to make a estimate (butech project data sheet and project plans in a CAD file), and submit to:

It is suitable for most wall coverings and substrates used in construction, ensuring the correct installation of materials such as L’ANTIC COLONIAL’s AIRSLATE.

epotech nature is a new micro grain porcelain grout for the sealing of joints in ceramic tiles with designs inspired by nature. It has been specially developed for porcelain tiles that reproduce the appearance and texture of wood, such as PORCELANOSA Group’s PAR-KER. Professional use. This material is suitable for grouting tile joints up to 5 mm. in floorings and wall coverings, both indoors and outdoors. Excellent resistance to chemicals. PAR-KER and STARWOOD is compatible with shower trays that have one, two, or four slopes, draining only through an open joint in the shower tray covering. A new invisible drain concept, for the best bathroom designs.

Characteristics:

• Drainage system for ceramic-covered and ceramic trim shower trays.

• Drainage through the open perimeter joint around the ceramic cover. Drainage joint width: 4 mm.

• Ultra-slim shower tray; only 22 mm in height, plus 60 mm from the drain.

• Compatible with all butech shower waterproofing systems: imperband, sylastic, and imperbo x

• Suitable for all PAR-KER and STARWOOD models of less than 150 cm in length

• High resistance to domestic-use detergents.• Safe and easy to maintain system.• Quick and easy installation.

Ceramic showers with ceramic parquet covering. Especially recommended for the following models:

Installation:

• Connect the deck drain to the drain pipe.• Connect the deck drain to the linear deck base.• Prepare the shower tray base with cement mortar

and level with the linear deck base, and let dry. As a general rule, we recommend a 2% slope

• Once the shower tray base is dry, waterproof the joint between the linear deck base and the shower tray by using the imperband perimeter band. Bond with a C2 S1 adhesive as per EN 12004, such as one-flex premium.

• Waterproof both the shower tray and the shower walls with the chosen system. Although butech offers several systems that are compatible with the imper-band deck kit, we recommend the imperband water-proof sheet; follow the instructions for use strictly.

• Install the shower tray floor using the thin layer, double bonding technique. Use an adhesive that is at least a C2 S1 as per EN 12004, suitable for the chosen ceramic type.

• Install the ceramic trim.• Fill the tile joints of the shower tray covering with

a moisture-resistant material; as a general rule, we recommend RG materials as per EN 13888, such as epotech nature.

• Seal the shower tray perimeter joints and wall inter-sections using an elastic sealant such as s-107 n

Shower trays

New shower tray concept with concealed drain for the most exclusive bathrooms. This innovative shower tray system lets us create a sense of continuity with the rest of the bathroom floor because the slopes are concealed under the floor. Drainage is achieved through the open joints and does not require the installation of an evacuation grid.
