GOLF TIP
During May and June, at Bird of Paradise Restaurant and Cool
Bar, our Chef’s famous Beef Stew and Red Curry Chicken Wings on rice are back by popular demand.
These were the two best-seller dishes during the recent Asian Q-
school tournament.
For all you “birdie” scorers, you will be pleased to hear that the “Leo Beer Promotion” is still on.
So please don’t forget to get your caddie to sign your scorecard, present it to one of our service staff and get the second jug of
ice-cold Leo free of charge. Cheers.
FOOD & BEVERAGE PROMOTION
Some major renovations are under way which will require the sites to be closed a little
longer than usual. These include renovations of bunkers
on the A and B Courses, tee box renovations, extensive
weed removal and aerating the fairways and greens. The
courses will be opened again, in tip top condition, around
August. Hybrid Putting. If you miss the green
and your ball ends up in a closely mown area don't forget about the hybrid putt.
Approach the shot just as you would a putt. Use your putting grip, stance, pre-shot
routine and stroke. You will find that with a little practice you will start getting up and
down
