NotificationsJACAP has announced a change in it’s fee collection policy siting inefficiency in its current fee collection process. As of April 2013 all entities will be required to contract with JACAP directly to be compliant with JACAP in offering music in their business establishment. To our valued customers we would like to announce this new modus operandi of JACAP and apologize for any inconveniences this may cause to your current operations.

JAMMS is in the process of renewing it’s contract with MMJ therefore we will continue collecting copyright fees on behalf of this entity which will continue to be included in our subscription fees.
