Dear Parent/Carers
As you know, we meet with parents regularly
depending on the needs of your child. If your
child's class teacher has not yet met with you
they will be in touch shortly with a date to
discuss your child's progress.
We are concerned that we still have chil-dren coming into school after the bell has
gone. Please ensure that your child/children are in the playground to line upwith their class before the bell rings. Achild's learning can be considerably af-fected if they miss the first few minutes ofthe lesson as they have missed out on avital piece of information and instruction.
Children who are late need to be signed inat the office with the reason for their late-ness. This will be monitored.
Please support your child in ensuring theyarrive at school by 8.50. We have had a
number of parents/carers who try to gothrough the gate to get to their child'sclass after this time. Please ensure youget your children in before the start of theschool day.
Children in Need -Thank yousupporting non-uniform day at
Chingford Hall.
