Tritec is now entering a new fascinating world of CNC

machining. We have placed an order for Avia turn 35M

with delivery at the end of October. We have been looking

for this machine for a while now and it will fulfill all our

requirements and it will be reliable. Thanks to this machine

Tritec will be able to offer even better prices on bigger series

of turned parts and will allow to lower turning time up to

50% in comparison to a conventional machine. New machine

will also have a huge influence on quality of finished parts

and repeatability of those parts. Machine will be able to

turn details up to 350 mm and length 500 mm. It will be

based on Fanuc control system. In order to make operations

on this machine even more efficient CAM software will be

purchased and machine will be connected through Ethernet

for easy and fast files exchange.

We have not only purchased the machine but also

organized a training for the operators and configuration of

CAM software and machine so that we can use it in the most

efficient way.

Avia SA is a company which was founded in 1902 and up

until now on is in the same localization.

At first it was producing parts for other machines usually

German. During the first and second world war it was taken

over by Germans and production of military equipment was

carried out.

In 1962 Avia has signed a contract for production of

milling machines to the German market. First production

line was sent from Germany and assembled the same year.

Since that time Avia SA is producing milling and turning

machines. In 1996 Company has started to make on

products and since then based on previous experience it is

making and developing its own products. Till now company

has produced 10000 machines and half of those were sold

to the German market.

COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT IN TRITEC

Personal development is a very important for Tritec

employees, as this implicates improvements for the whole

organization.

“Nowadays, the Polish tax law changes very fast and this

requires updates in finance knowledge. This is the reason,

why I decided to take postgraduate study, which covers

area of the Accounting and Tax Law, at Warsaw School of

Economics”, says Andrzej Najman, Chief Accountant in Tritec

Production Sp. z o.o.

“It was a very useful training, full of new information,

which I will use in my daily work. I am sure that knowledge

gained during last year, will help me to deal with the new

challenges in a quick and efficient way” he says.

The same attitude to improve knowledge, has Katarzyna

Stanczyk, managing director of Tritec Engineering Sp. z o.o.

“Two-year course of Master of Business Administration at

University of Gdańsk was a fantastic adventure for me, which

allowed me to look at managing aspects more abundantly

and consciously”, says Katarzyna.

“I have met great people who appreciate sharing their

knowledge and experience with others. Found myself

interesting in supply chain management, which focuses on

relationships with suppliers, manufacturing and logistics

partners, and these are key factors in Tritec activity”, she

adds.

Trainings and courses are important for development of

each modern company, which operates wide world, that is

why they are part of a professional life of Tritec team.

INNOVATION MADE BY TRITEC

In 2017, SIM sent a competition letter for the purchase of

2 types of Container (OlC 10) to 3-4 different suppliers.

Tritec was awarded with the assignment to deliver 22stk.

open 10m3 OLC.

8 of the containers where delivered with the whole

galvanized surface treatment as an attempt to prolong its life

span.

Short life span of rust can be a major problem in western

Norway, due to salt water spray and rainfall.

SIM is excited about how long galvanized containers

will stay in relation to the other surface treatment in rugged

Norwegian weather.

The innovations seems to be a success and now SIM is

looking forward to follow the delivery. Tritec delivered exactly

and completely in accordance to the order.

Later, other suppliers has started to offer galvanizing on

such products, but Tritec was the first supplier who offered

such surface treatment to SIM.

SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK

Workplace safety is a critical issue for any businesses

either large or small. Tritec organized an event „Work Safety

Day” only to emphasis the seriousness and importance of

a workplace safety. Every year we organize safety trainings

to refresh our employees on our safety policies, and provide

them with training on specific safety tasks. The event was a

one day interactive training course for all staff and included

presentations and workshops that helped to brainstorm on

an incident prevention.

FRUIT ORCHARD IS OUR COMMITMENT.

Our orchard is a nod to the customers as well as the

environment. Tree planting is a simple way to maximise

a company’s environmental status We demonstrate a

real commitment to the environment as well as to our

customers. Tree planting is also a manifestation of our

desire for long-term cooperation.

Despite the changing and challenging weather this

summer, our little orchard was blooming beautifully.

At the end of summer we were able to pick up some

delicious fruit.
