NSW PREMIER’S SPORTING CHALLENGEMrs Kennedy’s Weekly Fitness Challenge

Core Workout

The following circuit aims to strengthen your core muscles (tummy).

• 30 second plank

• 15-20 sit ups

• 10 mountain climbers

• 1 minute rest

Repeat the circuit 2-5 times with 1 minute rest between each round. (Beginners complete 2 rounds or advanced complete 4-5 rounds).

Remember to record your efforts on your Premiers Sporting Challenge card.

P&C NEWSThank You

Thank you to everyone who purchased pies for the school pie drive. The P&C raised close to $1,600.00. Also thank you to Danette Gale and Helen Crawford who assisted with packing pies.

Mufti Day and Sweet Treat Day

The P&C will be holding a Mufti Day and Sweet treat on Friday 24 June, 2016. Mufti Day is a gold coin donation.

Next P&C Meeting
