• The next two oral book reports will be on the following dates:

• 10/28 and 11/15

• I’m sure you all saw my email this week, but I wanted to let you know that in the future, I’ll give you a heads up when we do a project in our classroom. This way, if you’d like to send in an old shirt or a smock with your child so that their clothes don’t get anything on them, feel free!

• As the second quarter starts on Wednesday of next

week, this means students have two more days (Monday and Tuesday) to reach their A.R. goals and complete any missing assignments from the first quarter. I have told students which assignments I need them to complete for me by Tuesday of next week in order to get credit.

• Please have your children bring gym clothes on Monday for P.E.!

Wednesday mornings throughout the month of October.

• On Wednesday for early dismissal, lunch will be at school as normal. Springfield buses will be dismissed at 12:30, Anthony Wayne buses will be dismissed at 12:45, and car riders will be dismissed at 12:50.

• Extended day on Wednesday will run until 4:00 pm. They will accept students on a first-come, first-serve basis and you’ll need to pre-register your children through Sign-Up Genius prior to Wednesday.
