To make students more aware of what’s going on around us, an Inter-Class quiz was organized on 8th August,2019, for the students of Pre-Primary. Investiture Ceremony

On 14th August,2019, an investiture ceremony was organized where our most deserving talent was bestowed with the precious responsibilities of leading the school with compe-tence, commitment and confidence. The occasion marked the announcement of ‘School Council Committee’ and Prefectorial Board’ of 2019 – 20. Visit to Science Museum

We organized an educational excursion to National Science Museum, New Delhi for our students (Grade II- VII) on Saturday,30th August,2019. This visit was planned to channelize the inborn curiosity of our students and to tempt the stu-dents to explore science by making it fun. The museum consists of an array of working science models, which can be operated by the students themselves. These were intended to make the students comprehend learning in an amazing way. The most intriguing models were exhibited in the Human Biology Gallery. The students learnt the various parts of the human body via audio visual and by hands-on activities. Another popular gallery where the students were over-whelmed was the Dinosaur Gallery. The students were mesmerized by seeing the solar system in a very different way. They learnt various new things about our planet and Earth. The main attraction for our students at the venue was the HOLO and SOS (Science of Spheres) show. At the end, the students were shown a wireless piano which worked by vibration.

TIME AND TIDE WAIT FOR NONE

Time is said to be eternal. It is said that it has neither a beginning nor an end. Yet, men can measure it as years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds. They have also given meaning to the words – past, present and future. True, time has a meaning; it moves. What was yesterday is not today. What is today will not be for tomorrow. Time is said to have no holiday, it exists always.

Time is a free force. It doesn’t wait for anyone. It is said that time and tide wait for none. It comes and goes. The only thing we can do is time management. Time management is the control and focus of person’s actions for the purpose of effi-ciency. Efficiency is the maximum capacity to do some work in a given time. Time is very crucial and important factor in all the aspects as well as stages of life. Stu-dent’s life is the formative period of one’s life. So, it is very important to under-stand the importance of time management at early stage of life. We can never get back the lost minute. The time flies and never returns. A minute is enough to win a victory. A fraction of second can make a difference of life and death.

Every moment brings with it thousands of golden opportunities. Therefore we must not allow such precious time to slip away. Those who do not know the im-portance of time either waste it or they spend it by doing nothing. There is a prov-erb which says that ‘killing time is not a murder; it is a suicide.’ The wise and intel-ligent make use of it fruitfully.

As we go through life, we realize that if there is anything in the world which will never come back, it is time. Once it crosses the threshold of past, it never returns to the present. To utilize the time fruitfully, we must plan. Unplanned living is the road to kill time. Planning and proper implementation of time always brings in success. Secondly, work must never be postponed, tomorrow may never, materi-alize. We can only be sure of present which is in our hands. Let us learn to use time fruitfully. It is the key of success.

MY COUNTRY INDIA

I love my country as everyone does,

It gives me a feeling of pride.

I have so many emotions for my motherland,

It’s difficult to tell and difficult to hide.

It has given me everything that I have,

Just like my parents, it loves me back.

I owe a lot towards her, it’s very difficult to return it back.

But still I will try to make her shine,

And will make her proud of me one day.

Everyone should strive to do their best,

For all that they have got, they need to repay.

MOBILE – A HUGE PROBLEM

When we start using mobile we don’t see the day, time and health .When we start seeing mobile for longer time our eye sight becomes weak because of that we are not able to observe anything. However, it makes our work easy but with excessive usage of mobile, some people also suffering from cancer because of the rays that comes out from the mobile .Scientists have discovered that just 2 minutes of the phone call can cause the electoral activity of the kid’s brain for up to an hour. The radio waves from the mobile penetrate deep into the brain, not just around the ear. Thus, I would suggest to stop using mobile phones frequently.
