Helping children be the best they can beDear Parents, Governors and Children,

OUR NEXT HOLIDAY EASTERWe break for the Easter holiday today - Thursday 28th March at 3.30p.m. and we re-open on Monday 15th April at 8.45a.m. There are NOtraining days attached to this holiday.

    NEW MILK ARRANGEMENTS

The Local Authority have outsourced and delegated the school milk provision to a companycalled COOL MILK. To enable your child to continue to have milk at school after Easteryou need to read the leaflet sent home with your child today and follow the instructions toregister. The rules of entitlement remain the same children under 5 and those in receipt offree school meals do not need to pay but you do need to register. If you do not register, your entitlement will cease. Milk will only be delivered to school for those children who haveregistered regardless of your circumstances. The only part our school will have in managing this process is to ensure that the milk delivered is matchedto those on the distribution list provided to us by COOL MILK. We have reservations to the success ofthe new system but are reassured by the Local Authority that it is hugely successful in all the schoolswhere it is already up and running. We remain optimistic and urge you to give it your support and ring thenumber on the leaflet if you have any difficulties. On the positive side children in Key stage 2 can now

register to receive milk at school if they wish. The instructions for registration is the same for everyone. Ifyour child is interested in drinking milk at school please register now.
