This is my submission for a student design competition for a company called "Next".TRANSCRIPT

Evidence-Based Design Research shows that co-workers are more likely to have informal interac
tions (which is encouraged to increase workplace like-ability) when the office space includes: -Design that provides good visibility for employees to see other co-workers
(implimented in the open office).
-Design that gives way to a high level of compresense (implimented in privateoffices and enclaves).
NEXT wants to be seen as a reliable, structural place for workers to achievetheir goals. Research shows that blues and browns create this feeling whenincorperated into the design of a space. These colors are a part of the prima-
ry color scheme throughout the building.
