Retrospective Invoicing to be completed quarterly once evidence has been submitted and assessed.
Quarterly CQUIN evidence is to be submitted quarterly to the CCGs. The evidence will then be assessed at the quarterly CQUIN Panel Meetings (dates to be confirmed). If additional evidence is required the provider will then be notified and timeframes for additional evidence agreed.
