THE ENGAGEMENT FEE – how it works
This is a unique, high-end Search & Selection package for all our “unique” customers
looking for a “Niche” expertise. We not only work around the clock to submit quality
profiles and focus entirely on your specific request but we also commit to replace the
candidate within the first 3 months of their contract if need is.
This approach is a great way to not only ensure our entire focus will be on your needs
but also to get quality profiles in a short period of time. Our placement fee is 20% of the
placed candidate’s annual salary; the flat engagement fee (10% of the placement fee) will
be invoiced once hiring interview has been scheduled with a supplied candidate. The
reminder of Niche’s fee will be paid after each successful placement.
