ABOUT
With over 12 years experience working in retail, residential and
commercial design, I have built a wide variety of skills that enable
me to deliver a selection of design services to the property
industry. I specialise in visualisation through a mix of media which
includes computer generated still images, animations and video
production.
My interest in interior design and architecture means I enjoy
immersing myself in the design process, helping clients to
understand, visualise and refine their designs. Whether visualising
a reception space, conceptual design or working on large
view verified planning submissions, the quality of work is of a
consistently high standard.
Long term relationships are key. The more I get to know how you
work, the more I can provide a service tailored to your business.
Whether working as an integral part of your design team, or
producing marketing material from a pre-specified brief, I am happy
to be as involved as you need me to be on a project.
Over the years I have built up a support team of highly talented
and trusted artists who enable me to deliver stunning material
whatever the project size. Being able to call on their services
when needed allows me to resource up or down depending on
the size of project, meaning I remain competitive on price without
sacrificing quality or deadlines.
This document contains an overview of services along with a
selection of case studies from a wide variety of projects. If you
have any questions, my contact details are at the back so please,
give me a call.

CLIENT: BASE INTERIORS
PROJECT: ENDEMOL, SHEPHERD’S BUSH
BRIEF:
To take a precise design brief from Base Interiors and sell it to the
client using stunning artwork.......................................................................................................
EXECUTION:
A set of CGI’s showing the open plan office and partition detailing,
executive areas and front of house.
The furniture had to have the clean crisp feel of a modern office but
with the comfortable furnishings of a modern home. The use of desk
lamps and bespoke storage units lend a more personal atmosphere to
the interior.
Upon viewing the visuals, the client was able to grasp Base’s vision for
the office and they were appointed to the project.
CLIENT: VARIOUS
PROJECT: FURNITURE ARRANGEMENTS
BRIEF:Create artwork showing furniture configurations for various
projects and a wide selection of products
.....................................................................................................
EXECUTION: Whether modelling be-spoke components or configuring standard product, stunning realism can be achieved. Extensive experience within the furniture industry has given us the ability to understand and construct new systems.
Being able to demonstrate to clients proposed configurations can help win projects as well as save time and money on expensive mock ups.
CLIENT: HUTCHISON PORTS UK /
LANDSCAPE DESIGN ASSOCIATES
PROJECT: BATHSIDE BAY
BRIEF:
Present a convincing and accurate representation of HPUK plans
to develop an entire port, against a backdrop of environmental
considerations and high unemployment. End product to be used
in public consultations and planning submissions.
.....................................................................................................
EXECUTION:
Documentary-style video featuring extensive use of animation
composed into satellite imagery and other moving footage.
Scripted and produced entirely in-house, this production was
output to broadcast standard, for use in television news and
local meetings.
CLIENT: BARLOW HENLEY
PROJECT: WEYMOUTH PAVILION
BRIEF:
Produce a series of view verified accurate planning images
showing the impact of the proposed redevelopment of
Weymouth Pavilion.
.....................................................................................................
EXECUTION:
A photographic survey of the site was undertaken to agree
views required. Photographs were taken and survey data
gathered. The survey data was then used to accurately locate
the model in the photograph. A full method statement was
supplied with the images along with all the proving data.
A series of images were also produced for exhibition.
CLIENT: GEORGE WIMPEY CITY
PROJECT: GREAT NORTHERN TOWER
BRIEF:
Emphasise the spectacular scale of this 23 storey building, it’s
imposing presence, and its important location right in the centre
of Manchester........................................................................................................
EXECUTION:
Ground-level views photocomposed with computer image
(manipulate photography to transform January to mid-summer);
high level mid, and distance images photocomposed to give
context.
Promotional video for Marketing Suite and brochure utilising
animated computer-graphics, original footage and music track.
Originated, edited and produced in-house.
BRIEF:
Create a standout presence; make it interactive so that
participating developers schemes can be presented and browsed.
.........................................................................................................
EXECUTION:
As part of an entire hall devoted to the city of London, we created
a powerful 3D animated interactive presentation on behalf of
Croydon; positioned as London’s 3rd city. This presentation
involved computer-modelling all of Croydon centre, but unlike
other exhibitors who relied on physical models, visitors to this
stand were able to fly to selected destinations, through the streets,
to the development they had selected.
At the conclusion of each virtual tour, its main highlights were then
presented on screen, linked to a detailed computer-generated
image.
CLIENT: CROYDON / HOWARD HOLDINGS
PROJECT: MIPIM EXHIBITION PRESENTATION
CLIENT: MOËT & CHANDON
PROJECT: MOËT CHAMPAGNE BAR, SELFRIDGES
BRIEF:
Create artwork to support Fusion DNA’s design of Moët &
Chandon champagne bar in Selfridges, London. Artwork to also
be used as promotional material prior to launch........................................................................................................
EXECUTION:
Two computer generated images were created. The first was the
initial design concept by Fusion. The quality of the visuals was
instrumental to Fusion and Moët & Chandon refining the design.
The final image was used in a variety of publicity in the national
press.
CLIENT: FUSION DNA
PROJECT: THE LONSDALE
BRIEF:To take Fusion DNA’s amazing design concept and help the client visualise a difficult but stunning proposal of forms and
reflective surfaces.
.....................................................................................................
EXECUTION: Working closely with Fusion, we crafted the shapes and materials to meet their design. A process of refinement was undertaken to capture precisely the reflective properties of the panelled walls. Special attention was paid to the lighting details and levels to create the finished atmosphere. The final images were used in pre-build promotional material including the Sunday Times and Glamour magazine. The wild design ensured an opening night packed with anticipation.
CLIENT: BASE INTERIORS / SCHRODERS
PROJECT: KENSINGTON VILLAGE
BRIEF:Create presentation boards and marketing material to showcase the refurbished floor to potential tenants......................................................................................................
EXECUTION:Kensington Village had a low occupancy and a complete re-design of the existing interiors was required. Taking a more traditional corporate design with suspended ceiling and recessed lights and modernising to give a media village feel. The old ceiling has been replaced with a clean flat surface and the exposed columns and wire suspended lights complete the transformation.
A 360 panoramic tour was produced along with a promotional video shot on location at Kensington Village.
CLIENT: ST. GEORGE WEST LONDON
PROJECT: PARK WEST, WEST DRAYTON
BRIEF:
How do first time buyers get on the property ladder? St.George
West London recognised the need for a specific product to address
this situation. Their “Duet” apartments are designed specifically
for mortgage sharing. To reach the younger audience, St. George
recognised the need for a fresh approach.......................................................................................................
EXECUTION:
The campaign needed different dynamics from “traditional” property
advertising – this is after all, a younger and more volatile sector
that is much harder to target. We recommended a combination
of web, radio and printed media, centring around a flagship viral
advertisement placed on You Tube. It identified strongly with the
frustrations of younger prospective purchasers. We handled the
entire campaign from concept to strategy through to production and
placement
