Monel K-500® is a nickel-copper alloy with the same corrosion resistance and characteristics as the Monel 400®. The Monel K-500® has a greater strength and

hardness then the 400, as a result of added aluminum and titanium. In age-hardened condition, it has greater tendency toward stress- corrosion cracking in some

    environments.

Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

Excellent corrosion resistance in very aggressiveenvironments and especially in chlorideenvironment. Very good oxidation resistance up to

o1000 C. Resistant to localised attack and stress-corrosion cracking.

Excellent general corrosion resistance, located tointergranular corrosion and to stress-corrosioncracking.Optimal resistance to reducing and oxidizingenvironments.

Alloy Ni-Cu with high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance in a wide range of environment including seawater, dilute hydrofluoric and sulfuric acids, and alkalies, sService

    0temperature up to 550 c

Alloy combining high tensile and corrosionresistance. Applications limited for temperature

    ounder 600 C.

Similar to alloy 800, but with improved creep ando

stress-rupture properties for applications at 600 Coto 950 C. Good resistance to high temperature

    carburization, nitridation and oxidation.

Similar to 800H, but with a very precise chemicalanalysis which improves creep and stress-ruptureproperties. Temperature range of application:

    o o700 C to 1000 C

Alloy with excellent resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids. Also resistant to reducing andoxidixing acids, pitting, intergranular corrosionand stress-corrosion cracking.

An age-hardenable alloy with good oxidationoresistance and strength up to 700 C

    (notably to creep-rupture).

oAn age-hardenable alloy for use at up to 815 C.Good mechanical properties and outstanding

oresistance to creep at service temperature up to 815 C.

Excellent resistance to oxidizing atmospheres andhigh scaling resistance at elevated temperature.High resistance to fatigue under very stressed conditions.

Alloy combining good localised corrosion resistancein a wide range of acids environments and goodstrength.

Alloy 20 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum stainless steelAlloy developed for applications involving sulfuric acid. Its corrosion resistance also finds other uses in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and plastics industries. Alloy 20 resistsPitting and chloride ion corrosion and its copper content protectsIt from sulfuric acid. Alloy 20 is not a SS but a nickel alloy
