The Nicklaus Hillside Village provides inspiring,

“skybox” views of golf on

the front nine of the Nicklaus.

Designed by John Sather AIA, AICP of Scottsdale,

Arizona-based Swaback Partners, the

17,000-square-foot Nicklaus Clubhouse

incorporates glass, cut stone and steel, with a

dramatic entry statement inspired by the work

of sculptor Alexander Calder. The architect

incorporated the principles of Frank Lloyd Wright’s

organic architecture, ensuring that the Clubhouse

appears to grow naturally from the terrain.

Exquisite interiors by Donna Vallone of Vallone

Designs push the boundaries of contemporary

design, bringing an ultra-luxury sensibility

and warmth to the clean and uncluttered décor

of the venue’s gathering spaces,

The Peak restaurant and the golf boutique.

The Nicklaus Hillside Village is located atop an

ancient glacial moraine, immediately south of, and

above the striking new Nicklaus Course Clubhouse

and between the front nine holes of the

Nicklaus Painted Valley Golf Couse.

CALDERThe Calder is the ultimate mountain golf Villa.

It offers a wealth of living and entertainment areas

for your family and friends. In addition to a secluded

master suite the main level offers a second master

at the apposite end of the home for maximum

privacy. The spacious eat-in kitchen, living and

dining areas make up the balance of the spacious

main level. The lower level offers up to three

Airport, follow I-80 East to Exity 150, Promontory.

TO PROMONTORY’S WEST GATE:

To our West entrance take Exit 2, the Silver Summit Exit, off of US 40. Make a left at the stop sign when you exit the ramp. Continue straight through the round-a-bout.

Proceed along Silver Creek Drive and make a right turn on to Promontory Ranch Road. Follow this road until you
