Work and merit: because it is necessary to reward all those who work hard.

To boost the work ethic and people’s purchasing power. Work

is absolutely essential to the dignity and happiness of everyone, to the security of every family and to the prosperity of the country. For example we will:

-make all overtime work pay completely tax-free.

Security and respect: because security is the necessary condition for liberty, and respect is the pillar of our society.

To build a society based on respect and equal opportunity forall. Because it is necessary to combine severity towards

delinquents with respect for and protection of the victims orof the innocents, while giving everyone equal education andemployment opportunities. For example we will:

enforce secularism in public services, especially schools andhospitals.

Justice and equity: because we must help each and everyone tomake the most of their talents and merits.

To help teachers become more efficient and raise school standardsand ambitions. Because we want all pupils to be able to climb the

ladder of success. For example we will: pay teachers to teach these remedial classes on top of their regular

salaries.

Personal responsibility and accountability: because there are norights without duties, and because fraud and abuse threaten our

 welfare system.

To win the world battle for intelligence. Because a healthy society and economy require knowledge and innovation, higher andfurther education, research and vocational training will become

our strategic goals. For example we will: raise the budget for research and development to 3% of the GNP

by 2012.

Trust: because our country is suffocating under the weight of excessively complex regulations and structures, and mutualsuspicion.

- At the first round will be in competition with Mary Lepain fromFront National for right and candidate for Socialist for left.

- To not loose Right's votes for the benefit of Mary Lepain, he has

been keeping in the pocket the interdiction of head-scarf in publicareas. It can be consider as an advantage for Sarkozy due to thefact of islamaphobique winds in France society.

- Even the anti immigration and anti- Romain campaignes willachieve some votes from right but still this politics bring the riskthat Liberalist electors can vote for Socialist.

- For the purpose to achive the votes of the Rigts he supported"Anti-Kaddafi" rebelious and he was succesfull on this scope. Itcan influence the national feelings of electors and it can increasethe prestige of France in Arabic World too. However the anti-emperialists can not share the same feeling especially withelectors who are in hesitation between right and left.

- The biggest handicap of him, of course, the consequences of theeconomic crisis. The rate of unemployed people increased and it isnot decreasing.

- The public debt inceased with a ratio of %80. 2012 budget willincrease under the circumstances to stop the augemantation of public debt. This situation will enforce Sarkozy to do populistpolitics in the issue of economy.

- The statistics show that the majority of french people lost theirconfidence against Sarkozy. Now he is not accepted as a leader

who is capable of reducing the unemployement and poverty.

- He lost also his place in Europe because he lost the leadership in

the menagement of Euro crisis in the name of Angela Merkerthrough the solidarity of German Economy.

- However the Socialist Candidates will be capable of giving more

confidence to neutral electors who will vote for the bestmanagement in economy. It is difficult to predict.
