What to do in a breakdown / accidentWhen assistance is required during a breakdown oraccident, members should:-

1. Call the NISCARE Call Centre using the toll freenumber 1-800-88-3838

2. Inform the NISCARE operator your name, carregistration number, car model, contact number,location and assistance required.

3. The person seeking for assistance must be presenthis/her membership card to the Service Provider.

There shall only be one towing or minor on-the-spotrepair for each breakdown or accident. Your vehicleshall be towed to the nearest TCEAS Service Centreor Authorized Service Centre.

NISCARE Membership FeeNISCARE Annual Membership Fee is RM25Buy one get one free.

Car owner may subscribe NISCARE membership bypaying an annual membership fee and complete theNISCARE application form.

What is not covered?

Imported reconditioned vehicles / vehicles withoutroad tax disc, engine and/or body parts /abandoned scraps / junks.

Cost of any spare parts, battery or petrol supplied/any work done in TCEAS workshops.

Taxi fare, accommodation, telephone, toll chargesand crane services / cost of engaging a locksmithto unlock any door.

Cost of any services or repairs for accidentvehicle which is borne by the insurance company.

Cost of any services rendered which is directly orindirectly related or Warranty claims.

Vehicle accident or breakdown beyond gazetted

roads and any area outside the Malaysian border. Cost of transfer and transport the goods loaded in

the vehicle, if the arrangement has been madewith NISCARE Call Centre.

NISCARE will not responsible for any valuableitem missing from the vehicle. The drive is advisedto accompany the vehicle while it is being towed.
