Today’s new fast-motion-systems, that use rapid acceleration and deceleration, need high pressure nitrogen to get the full value from your machine tool investment. By rapidly removing the molten metal from the cutting zone, no smut or oxidized edges are created. This prevents potential problems for paint and powder coating, and improves welds.

Applications

Injection MoldingThe principle of this process is that nitrogen gas is injected, during the molding cycle, either through the spruce or directly into the mould tool. The controlled high pressure has the benefit of overcoming sink marks or introducing a cavity without the requirement of a core.

Oil RecoveryEnhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), or tertiary recovery, involves extending the life of oil and gas reservoirs through a variety of fluid / chemical injections into existing reservoirs. Nitrogen injection is one of several fluids that can be used for EOR.

System Operation:Our Nitrogen Generators arrive fully constructed, Plug-And-Play, with the clean, dry air from your compressor. Utilizing PSA technology and the best Carbon Molecular Sieve material in the world, we are able to produce clean nitrogen at high purity levels. These units use the latest technology in PLC controls, and creates nitrogen only when needed. It will provide an unlimited supply of nitrogen, and can run multiple lasers simultaneously.

At the beginning of the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process, treated compressed air enters the unit and flows through the carbon molecular sieve (CMS). This process separates the nitrogen from the other gases in the compressed air supply. Nitrogen molecules pass by the CMS, while Oxygen and the trace gases are adsorbed into the CMS. The active columns discharge Oxygen and trace gases, in the regenerative mode, while its twin column becomes activated and starts the process of separation.These nitrogen generators are the highest quality, and most cost effective high pressure PSA nitrogen generators on the market today.
