INTRODUCTION Health Related Quality of Life (HRQOL) is an important health
outcome indicator HRQOL in nurses is affected by many factors, Not clarified about its effect on another factors, including intention to leave
of nursing career Relationship between many factors such as QWL, burnout, stress and depression but HRQOL has been not clarified and in
cortex of the Registered Thai Nurses has not been studied.

This paper is part of the Thai Nurse Cohort Study (TNCs)
MATERIALS AND METHODS

MATERIALS AND METHODS
Study outcome
Health Related Quality of Life (HRQOL) was assessed by Euroqol-5D (Eq-5D
good, mild, moderate, severe health states
“good health” and “fair or poor health”
Secondary outcome: Intention to Leave (ITL) a nursing career within 1-2 years or after 2 years
“ILT” “ No ILT”
![Page 7: Nittaya Phosrikham](https://reader035.vdocuments.net/reader035/viewer/2022062723/56813b5b550346895da4509f/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
Demographic characteristics
MATERIALS AND METHODS
- Frequency and percentage - Mean, Standard deviation, Median, Minimum, and Maximum
Prevalence rate of HRQOL - % of Fair or Poor health and 95% CI
Factors that affect ITL
-Odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals (95%CI)-Multiple logistic regression
