Quick Facts The OCP responds to the growing needs for quality healthcare in Streeterville with the aging baby
boomer population and the increased population growth in the community.
Continued access to experts within a comfortable walking distance from home.
A drive-through feature will move patient, medical staff and vendor traffic off-street to minimize
congestion.
More than 500 parking spaces will be provided in a new enclosed parking garage.
Skybridges will connect the new facility with the medical campus, allowing medical foot-traffic to
be diverted from sidewalks.
Sustainable operations are a part of the building’s green design according to national LEED
(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards.
The OCP will result in a net of 1,000 new jobs.
