Description :-Age about 35 years, height 5ft. 4 or 5 inches, fair moustache and side whiskers, left eye weak, dresses in black diagonal sac coat., white vest, dark brown felt hat, dark brown trousers with grey stripe; supposed to have gone to Albany.- C.I. 410.

Gemldton.-On the night of the 26th ult" from the Circus dressing tent,- 4 £5 bank notes, cheque for £2, on W.A. Bank, drawn by - Wittenoom, severa.l £1 bank notes, and several shillings in silver, the property of Archibald W. Mart,in, circus man­ager. Suspicion attaches to David Turner, juvenile employed with the Circus troupe.-C.I. 413.

P.,·th.- On tbe 26th ult., froID a bed-room in Miss Keogh's boarding house, Adelaide Terrace,-4 Japanese gold dollars. made into sleeve-links the property of C. C. Newland. These coins are ~ little Jarger than a threepenny piece, and have the figure of a dragon on one side.-C.I. 414.

JOHN W,NSTANLEY, in'luired for by Mrs. A. Grey. It is reported that a man answering Winstanley's description was employed as shepherd by Mr. C. Fogarty, near Drysdale, some 15 years ago. It is believed that this man died in the Geelong Hospital.

If not successful in Melbourne he intended going on to Western Australia. Description ;-a native of Dun­dee, Scotland, 22 years of age, about 5£t. 6in. high, stout, build, fair complexion.
